Using OneScene
OneScene helps you discover movies and TV shows through short promotional clips. You can filter your feed by streaming service or genre, like clips, save titles for later, and use Watch Now to find available streaming options.

Delete your OneScene account and data
OneScene automatically creates an anonymous account when you use the app. You don't need to register with an email address or password.
You can delete your anonymous account and associated OneScene data directly in the app:
1. Open OneScene.
2. Go to More → About OneScene.
3. Select Delete My Data.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion.
Deleting your account removes your OneScene anonymous profile and the personal data associated with it, including your saved titles, likes, feedback, and other server-side records linked to that profile, such as activity history.
Delete My Data resets your Streaming Services preference to its default setting, which remains the setting used after restarting the app. Content Type and Genre filters are session-only and reset to their defaults. Onboarding completion and recent-discovery history remain stored locally on your device; they are not part of the anonymous account.
OneScene does not retain your deleted account or associated app data for continued use. Some information may remain temporarily in service-provider backups or operational/security logs according to those providers' retention policies. Data processed independently by third-party services, such as YouTube, is not deleted through OneScene's account deletion process.
If you cannot access the app or need assistance with an account deletion request, contact support@onescene.tv. Because accounts are anonymous, we may need additional information to identify the correct account and verify that you are authorized to request its deletion.
